The update of No Man’s Sky’s Beyond has rejuvenated the colorful title of space exploration, acting as a kind of relaunch. Among many other things, the expansion that changed the game added support for PlayStation VR, a feature that many players had been asking for since its launch.

While VR mode is well implemented, it significantly reduces the quality of the visual presentation. However, that could be about to change.

Hello Games published a great update of Steam, which details the next phase of its “experimental branch”; In other words, it allows early access to future updates before they are published correctly. Among the innumerable improvements listed, the study highlights the following two points regarding PSVR:

Introduced a number of PC VR and PSVR rendering optimisations.
– Significantly improved image quality in PSVR: reduced blurriness caused by TAA jitter and fixed low-quality terrain/atmosphere jaggies.

In the near future, No Man’s Sky will receive an update that will greatly improve the appearance of the game on PSVR. Now it’s just a matter of when; hopefully it won’t be long before the patch is available for download.
