Destiny 2 Hotfix Update 2.7.1.1 Announced on 11 February

Bungie announced on Twitter that maintenance work on Destiny 2 servers will take place today. This maintenance will not bother you, there is no downtime, no server is down. According to official information, today’s maintenance relates to the next update for Destiny 2. Destiny 2 update 2.7.1.1 tomorrow, February 11.

This update aims to correct some bugs in the game, so it looks like it’s a review and not a real update.

The current message does not show whether it is a pure server update or whether we also have to download a patch. Nothing has been written about a possible downtime either. We expect Destiny 2 Update 2.7.1.1 to be released tomorrow at 7:00 pm.

Once Bungie publishes more information, we will let you know. We will provide you with patch notes for this update as soon as they are available.

Next Tuesday, February 11, we will release Destiny 2 Hotfix 2.7.1.1. This update will resolve some issues currently affecting players. Here is another preview of some of the issues that will be resolved:

The Efrideet’s Gift Triumph will retroactivity unlock for players who turn in 50 Iron Banner packages in Season of the Dawn.

The Get Closer pursuit will no longer have its progress reset when resetting Infamy. This is retroactive and will auto-complete for any player who has already been above Mythic rank this season.

A Season 9 Iron Banner Triumph has been added that tracks purchased packages from Lord Saladin. This is also retroactive.
