DESTINY 2: UPDATE 7.2.5.1 – PATCH NOTES

Servers in Destiny 2 are shut down almost every week. This is something the Guardians have done for a long time. Today is that day again, and thegameroof will let you know when the planned break is and what will be different.

A look back at the history of Update 7.2.5.1:

7:08 p.m.: Bungie takes back charge. Destiny has probably changed her mind. Patch 7.2.5.1 for Destiny 2 is now out, and users are getting it. On PC, it’s 134.4 MB. There is a list of the patch notes further down in the text.

6:55 p.m.: A short period of downtime quickly turns into regular maintenance. Bungie just told people on Twitter and X that the delay has been extended to an hour. New information should be made available in about an hour.

Today at 4:18 p.m., the computers for the Destiny 2 update are shut down until next week. We will still let you know about things while they are down. Check this page often for changes.

These are things you need to know today: After last week’s big halfway change, things will be calmer today. One big update is all that will be coming to Destiny 2. For a short time, the computers will also be turned off so Bungie can work without being stopped.

There Can Be Only One Triumph badges for Crota’s End were fixed last week, so players can finally get them.

Destiny 2’s Halloween event, Festival of the Lost, has also been fixed by Bungie.

You can now get more Festival Mementos from the Uncanny Engrams as well.

You can now do the event task “Heads Will Roll” in both Normal and Legendary Haunted Scenes.

On October 24, servers will be down all the time for maintenance.

Here is the exact repair plan:

At 4:00 p.m., all platforms will begin working in the background.

The computers shut down at 4:15 p.m. People are immediately kicked out of the game.

There will be an update 7.2.5.1 from Bungie during the slowdown. It will be slowly put out there so that people on all devices can get it.

The next time you can log in is at 7:00 p.m., when everything should be open again.

The work will keep going in the background until 9 p.m.

This is going to be in Update 7.2.5.1: Bungie always gives a list of things that need to be changed in the game. Players who report bugs in the Bungie thread can also change this.

Changes with Update 7.2.5.1 in Season 22 Destiny 2

At the moment, these bugs are on this list:

  • When Mind Twister’s Aspiration does damage, it no longer glows.
  • Glaives will double melee by mistake when auto-melee is turned on.
  • The “Shhh!” motion no longer shows the holographic boss that was meant to be seen.
  • There is a problem with the Vex Battleforce Lightfall event to get current Exotics. Even though the flag has already said that it will happen, it might not start. Because of this, players often go to Neomuna just to waste their time at the public event.
  • You can finish the Solo Legendary Lost Sector Guardian Rank Objective on either of the two Lost Sector difficulties.
  • Fighters are not burned by The Ascension – Major Arcana Legendary Card.
  • There is no rumble on the gamepad when the Monte Carlo exo-weapon’s bayonet thrusts.
  • If Crota is killed while his wipe window is running out, the game will not let the player finish the raid.
  • People who are playing Trials of Osiris say they still can’t give compliments.
  • If a finisher is used and the enemy dies before the motion is over, the player can die.
  • At multiples of 10, the Resilience stat gives the previous amount of damage resistance. However, 100 Resilience does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
  • Also, don’t forget that you can’t change a player’s name indefinitely through bungie.net. A few “number guardians” are still waiting for the chance to change their player name, even though they keep getting the word “You do not have any name changes available.”

Feel free to tell us about any other bugs you’ve found in the game that aren’t on this list in the comments.
