The waiting is over! After numerous fans were disappointed that Borderlands 3 was initially only released in the Epic Store for its release on September 13, 2019, all Epic refusers will soon be able to enjoy the iconic loot shooter with lots of wacky characters, stories and especially weapons.

As Gearbox Software announced at PAX East 2020, Borderlands 3 will also appear on the major competitor platform Steam in twelve days, more specifically on March 13, 2020. The developers also announced the new DLC “Guns, Love, and Tentacles” (in German: Wummen, Liebe und Tentakel), which should celebrate its release on all available platforms on March 26th. These are from March 13th on Epic Games, Google Stadia and Steam (PC), PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Mac operating systems.

A wedding that connects
A wedding in a double sense comes to all Borderlands 3 players. Gearbox explained in its own panel at PAX East that players who bought the game in the Epic Store and are playing there will also be able to fight with new Steam users in the future. Crossplay support should unite players and overcome boundaries.
In terms of content, the game continues with a wedding. Because the new DLC has the subtitle “The Wedding of Wainwright & Hammerlock” and builds on the campaign presented so far.
