Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 “Operation Dark Divide” UPDATE

The last season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is now available for PS4. This update is titled Operation Dark Divide and has a hero theme against comic-style villains. The update includes the new Blackout Battle Royale limited time mode called Heavy Metal Heroes, which adds a shaded visual effect, the final chapter in the history of Black Ops 4 Zombies, a couple of maps for Black Ops Pass holders and plus.

Surprisingly, Treyarch has confirmed that this will be the final operation of Black Ops 4, and it has been implied that this is the end of the game line. This is a game for Treyarch, which has traditionally backed its CoD titles far beyond the typical one-year window. But Treyarch is now working on Black Ops 5 by 2020 (replacing a canceled CoD title from Sledgehammer Games), so you should imagine that all of its resources are being used for that. Operation Dark Divide is available on September 23 on PS4, bringing out the heroes and villains of the Black Ops 4 Specialists. Also, jump to “Tag Der Toten,” the final chapter of the Zombies Aether story. Here is a preview of the Operation:

Multiplayer

Operation Dark Divide serves epic battles on two multiplayer battlefields, available with the Black Ops Pass. First, travel to Lair where the heroes fight against villains in the context of a deadly volcano. Then, experience a classic fight of good against evil in the Black Ops flashback, Launch.
