There are a total of 18 places where the billboards are hidden. Below is a video showing you all these secret places.

As soon as you are near a billboard you will receive a message and the billboard will be marked on the map. You have to destroy a billboard with your vehicle, only then it is counted. If you have successfully destroyed a billboard, it will be marked on the map.
