Star Ocean: The Divine Force confirmed for Xbox

The Square Enix along with tri-Ace announced a new chapter in the beloved RPG action franchise, Star Ocean. Star Ocean: The Divine Force will transport players into an expansive sci-fi fantasy world and take them on an exhilarating journey with frenetic combat, rich exploration and an original story. In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Star Ocean franchise, Divine Force promises to please novices and long-time fans. Below, you can check out the game reveal trailer.

In this first trailer, we can witness the return of classic as well as new elements of the Star Ocean franchise. Super fast battles. A rich exploration, where it is possible to fly through different scenarios such as mountains, castles and futuristic cities. Gigantic bosses to defeat!

We also get a glimpse of the cast of playable characters. There will be two protagonists, where the story will be told from the perspective of each of them. Raymond , the captain of the commercial spacecraft, Ydas, and Laeticia, the princess-knight of a kingdom on an underdeveloped planet. Destiny will unite Raymond, Laeticia and several other allies on an epic journey!

Star Ocean: The Divine Force will arrive on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in 2022.
